Nothing shows once the job is done. The entire mechanism — motor, drive, and stainless steel shaft head — sits inside a recessed housing below the pivot point of the gate. No visible arm, rail, or motor from any angle after commissioning. A single unit opens one leaf to 90°. Fit two and they drive a double gate to 180° total — the cleanest installation finish in the Open Bear swing range.

A floor-mounted operator faces conditions no wall-mounted unit does — water ingress, ground pressure, and corrosion from below. Rain, dust, and soil contact won't reach the motor — the housing is waterproof, burst proof, and anti-corrosion rated. Anti-CO protection prevents carbon monoxide build-up in enclosed or basement installations. Integrated die casting seals the body completely, preventing oil leakage. Closing speed adjusts independently via the speed control screw — set once during installation, holds through every cycle after that.

At 56 Nm, this floor swing door operator moves gates up to 250 kg and 1.2 m wide — the heaviest load you can run with a fully concealed below-floor install. The motor runs on 24V DC — well below the voltage where electric shock becomes a risk, safe to touch at any point in the gate's arc. Running noise stays at or below 60 dB. The operating range covers -25°C to 70°C without modification. Slow start and slow stop motion means the gate never slams at either end — smooth through every cycle.
